We had previously purchased 2" Faux wood blinds from a large home improvement store for our new house. Those were okay. We needed blinds for a group of very wide windows. The wait at the home improvement store would have been 4-weeks, so we decided to try Blinds Chalet where they promised the blinds in two weeks. The blinds arrived in less than two weeks. More importantly, they were of much higher quality than the ones from the "Home Improvement store. The blinds from Blinds Chalet work smoothly and look great. Any further purchase of blinds by us would be from blinds chalet.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
